Reservations
- Down payment can be mutually agreed upon at time of booking. 20% of hunt is recommended. Balance due 10 days prior to hunt or cash upon arrival.
- Payment methods, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Certified Check, or balance can be in cash at arrival, Personal Check, if by personal check it must arrive 10 days prior to the hunt.
- Hunter will pay for animal shot or wounded that can’t be retrieved. Diligent search will be done to retrieve the animal.
- No show – No refund
- Refunds – there is a 50% refund of deposit with written notice or by phone call received by June 1. After June 1 there are no refunds but the deposit may be used towards a future hunt
- PA State Hunting license not required since we are a private hunting ranch.
